Alexander Frantsevich Ragoza (Russian: Александр Францевич Рагоза) (8 June, 1858 year - 29 June, 1919) - minister of defense of Ukrainian State. He was also a General in the Imperial Russian Army who saw service during the First World War.
He was the son of a Ukrainian clergy. He was educated at St. Michael's School of Art (1878) and then attended the Nicholas General Staff Academy (1883).
From 30 August 1915 to 21 November 1917 he was commander of the 4th Army.
